Search, interviews, and evaluation
We interview the candidates who best fit the profile. After the interviews, we select the most qualified and prepare a detailed report describing how each one aligns with the job requirements.
Coordination of the process with the client
We coordinate all interviews between the client and candidates. We support each stage and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Closing and onboarding terms
