A Talent-Driven Evolution

HV Talent was founded in 2010 as a firm specialized in the recruitment of IT professionals. From the beginning, our purpose was clear: to help organizations attract and hire highly qualified tech talent.

 

In 2015, we took a step forward. Our clients no longer needed just one-off searches—they required engineers and full teams available on demand. This led to the launch of our IT Staffing service, focused on specialized profiles in software, infrastructure, and telecommunications. 

 

By 2020, after years of building high-performance teams for some of the world’s leading companies, we assembled the necessary talent in-house—engineers in electronics, telecommunications, systems, infrastructure, and science—to launch UTelemetry, the first universal telemetry platform, designed to deliver end-to-end, turnkey IoT solutions at a global scale.
