Your Challenge
Develop and execute commercial strategies to attract and retain clients in the Government and Industry sectors.
Identify business opportunities in telecommunications services (fiber optics, connectivity, corporate solutions, among others).
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring consultative and value-added service.
Coordinate with internal areas (Engineering, Operations, Post-Sales, Finance) to guarantee tailored solutions and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market evolution, trends, and competitors in the assigned segment.
Achieve the billing, profitability, and growth objectives defined for your portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B commercial positions.
- Mandatory: previous experience in telecommunications companies (preferably in the development of connectivity, data, or technology solutions).
- Knowledge of the Government and Industry market (tenders, procurement processes, key stakeholders).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under challenging objectives.
- Advanced management of commercial tools and Microsoft Office package.
