🎯 Your challenge:
- Provide on-site support to corporate users at branch locations
- Software and hardware support for desktops, notebooks, and printers
- Offer technical guidance for user inquiries
- Log incidents into the system
✅ Key requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in on-site technical support for corporate users
- Strong technical and microinformatics knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction
- Outstanding communication skills, fluency in speaking, clear diction, and vocabulary
- Experience in setting up and installing equipment at branch locations
- Own means of transportation (desirable). Travel expenses will be covered
