Field Support Technician

We are looking for Field Support Technicians to provide on-site technical assistance at branches located in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires for a major supermarket chain.

📍Location: Buenos Aires and surrounding areas. On-site modality

 

🎯 Your challenge:

  • Provide on-site support to corporate users at branch locations
  • Software and hardware support for desktops, notebooks, and printers
  • Offer technical guidance for user inquiries
  • Log incidents into the system

 

✅ Key requirements:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in on-site technical support for corporate users
  • Strong technical and microinformatics knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction
  • Outstanding communication skills, fluency in speaking, clear diction, and vocabulary
  • Experience in setting up and installing equipment at branch locations
  • Own means of transportation (desirable). Travel expenses will be covered
