We are looking for a professional with a strong technical mindset, project management capabilities, and an agile approach to lead IT infrastructure and telecommunications projects across offices, plants, and operational sites. This role will focus on the end-to-end coordination of technology projects, working with multiple stakeholders while ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are successfully delivered.

Responsabilidades

    • Coordinate installation and improvement projects related to technology infrastructure.
    • Manage wired network projects, access points, switches, racks, and radio link infrastructure.
    • Oversee planning, budgets, risks, and project execution progress.
    • Monitor project execution and certify completed work.
    • Work under agile methodologies and provide periodic progress updates.
    • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively anticipate operational risks.
    • Coordinate vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

    • Experience leading IT infrastructure and telecommunications projects.
    • Strong knowledge of networking, access points, switches, structured cabling, and racks.
    • Experience with upgrades and optimization of radio link infrastructure.
    • Experience working under Agile methodologies.
    • Ability to manage budgets and validate project milestones/progress.
    • Organized, problem-solving, and results-driven profile.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
