We are looking for a technically-minded profile with strong management skills and an agile approach to lead IT infrastructure and telecommunications projects across offices, plants, and operational centers.

📍Ubicación: CABA + visitas a interior (formato híbrido, a definir según proyecto)

 

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Coordinar proyectos de instalación y mejora de infraestructura tecnológica: redes cableadas, puntos de acceso, switches, racks, radioenlaces y más.
Tendrás a tu cargo la gestión integral de los proyectos (presupuesto, planificación, certificación de trabajos, seguimiento de riesgos y avances), reportando semanalmente y trabajando bajo metodología ágil.

 

✅ Requisitos clave:

  • Experiencia en proyectos de infraestructura IT: APs, switches, cableado estructurado, racks
  • Conocimiento en implementación de mejoras y actualización de radioenlaces
  • Experiencia previa trabajando bajo modalidad Agile
  • Capacidad para controlar presupuestos y certificar avances de obra
  • Habilidad para detectar puntos de mejora y anticipar riesgos
  • Perfil ordenado, resolutivo y con buen manejo de múltiples proyectos en simultáneo
