Tagging & Analytics Operations Analyst

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in digital analytics, specialized in the implementation, management, and auditing of tags in B2B enterprise environments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data collection and quality to drive marketing, automation, and personalization strategies while collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams.

Work mode: 100% remote – Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM

Reports to: Analytics Manager and Analytics Supervisor (Argentina)

Responsibilities

    • Implement, manage, and audit tags using Tealium iQ/EventStream and Adobe Analytics.

    • Translate complex user journeys into measurable events and effective tracking configurations.

    • Configure data flows between platforms such as CRM, MAP, and CDP, ensuring consistency and traceability.

    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) through integration with tools like OneTrust.

    • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Legal teams to define tagging and measurement strategies.

    • Document technical processes and perform advanced debugging.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise environments.

    • Proficiency in Tealium iQ/EventStream and Adobe Analytics (or similar) — mandatory.

    • Knowledge of integrations with marketing and data systems (CRM, MAP, CDP).

    • Advanced English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

    • Analytical, autonomous, and technical profile with strong business acumen.
